ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

We will teach you things about koji and miso making in this course:

  • How to make koji and miso from start to finish
  • Things to look out for and do when making koji and miso
  • How to cook misosiru (miso soup)

Included in the workshop:

  • A workshop with Sepial
  • Your own koji  and miso ready-to-start kits to take home 
  • Light supper of rice, miso soup, grilled fish or tofu, pickled veggies

We will provide:

  • All the ingredients, prepped and measured before hand to make your koji and miso
  • Equipment to make koji and miso (aprons, mixing bowls, etc.)
