ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
We will teach you things about koji and miso making in this course:
- How to make koji and miso from start to finish
- Things to look out for and do when making koji and miso
- How to cook misosiru (miso soup)
Included in the workshop:
- A workshop with Sepial
- Your own koji and miso ready-to-start kits to take home
- Light supper of rice, miso soup, grilled fish or tofu, pickled veggies
We will provide:
- All the ingredients, prepped and measured before hand to make your koji and miso
- Equipment to make koji and miso (aprons, mixing bowls, etc.)
