Saturday Dumpling Makers Club

Do you want to make your own Mandoo/gyoza/dumpling and share with your friends and family? We are going to have hands-on class from the scratch.

We will teach you many things about dumpling making in this course:

• How to make filling from start to finish
• Things to look out for and do when making dumplings
• How to make complimenting dipping sauces

Included in the workshop:

• A workshop with Sepial
• Your own dumplings to take home
• A set of documents on the things we will cover
• (Optional) Light lunch - We will set different types of cooking stations you can try. Complimenting sides and drinks will be available to purchase.

We will provide:

• All the ingredients, prepped and measured before hand to make your dumplings
• Equipment to make dumplings (aprons, mixing bowls, steamer etc.)

Please note:

In the interest of being environmentally friendly, we would appreciate if you could bring your own lunch box to take extra dumplings home. If you are unable to, we will be sellingpackages at the workshop on the day.

You can buy extra frozen dumplings at whole sale prices after workshop.

We will provide fresh free range halaal certified chicken filling as a default. If you are vegan/vegetarian, please contact us before registering.

If you want to cancel/change the date, please contact us by email info@sepialskitchen.com 48 hours before the event.  

- Notice before 48 hours or earlier -100% refund or you can change your date without paying extra.

- Notice between 48 hours to 24 hours before the event - 75% refund or you can change your date without paying extra.

- Notice between 24 hours to 2 hours before the event - 50% refund or you can change your date with 25% extra of your ticket price.

- Notice between 2 hours to the time of the event - 25% refund or you can change your date with 50% extra of your ticket price.

 Unfortunately no refund is available without notice before the event.
