About the Event

Do you want to make your own Mandoo/gyoza/dumpling and share with your friends and family? We are going to have hands-on class from the scratch.

We will teach you many things about dumpling making in this course:

  • How to make filling from start to finish
  • Things to look out for and do when making dumplings
  • How to make complimenting dipping sauces

Included in the workshop:

  • A workshop with Sepial
  • Your own dumplings to take home
  • A set of documents on the things we will cover
  • (Optional) Light lunch - We will set different types of cooking stations you can try. Complimenting sides and drinks will be available to purchase

We will provide:

  • All the ingredients, prepped and measured before hand to make your dumplings
  • Equipment to make dumplings (aprons, mixing bowls, steamer etc.)

Please note:

In the interest of being environmentally friendly, we would appreciate if you could bring your own lunch box to take extra dumplings home. If you are unable to, we will be sellingpackages at the workshop on the day.

You can buy extra frozen dumplings at whole sale prices after workshop.

We will provide free range chicken filling as a default. If you are vegan/vegetarian, please contact us before registering.
