Lightly flavoured dumplings are so easy to reheat at home. You can either serve as a starter or a light main.
Frozen Chicken Dumplings
free range chicken, onion, cabbage, carrot, sweet potato glass noodles, spring onion, garlic, ginger, canola oil, wheat flour, salt
1. STEAM
Once your steamer is hot, steam for 7 minutes from frozen. DO NOT DEFROST BEFORE COOKING.
2. PAN FRY
Heat oil in a pan, and panfry in a low to medium heat until bottom side is golden brown. Turn upside down and cook further until golden brown or add about a couple of table spoon of water and close the lid and steam to cook through. Be careful when you add water as it may splash. Use your lid like a shield and cover the pan as quickly as possible. It takes less than 5 minutes to cook.
3. DEEP FRY / AIR FRY (Kimchi Dumplings only)
Use this method only when your dumplings are pre fried. Fry until the pastry is hard, crunchy and golden at 180 degrees. Air fry for 5-6 minutes. If you reheat more than 1 portion(4 dumplings), add 1-2 more minutes.
