Bulgogi sauce to make your own beef bulgogi or any other vegan alternatives.

Includes enough sauce to marinade 500g beef/tofu/mushroom, serves roughly 3.

How to serve:

Traditional bulgogi:
Marinade your protein in the bulgogi sauce for a minimum of 3 hours (overnight is recommended).
Bring a pan to a high heat and add a small drizzle of oil.
Add the protein and the sauce to the pan and cook quickly.
You may add a tablespoon or two of water to loosen the sauce if you prefer.

Making a hotpot:
Add 2 cups of water to your bulgogi sauce, bring to the boil and lower the heat to simmer.
Add your protein and cook.
Add extra veggies like Chinese cabbage, onion and spring onion slices.

Ingredients:

Soy sauce, apple/pear, garlic, onion, spring onion, sugar, sesame oil
