Join us for an online course in the comfort of your own home as we go over the basics of kimchi and guide you step-by-step on how to make your own kimchi.

The course will take place at 15h00 on the 26th of September.

Covered in this course:

1. A short introduction to the origins of kimchi
2. How to make kimchi paste and how to choose and prep your vegetables
3. Information on using kimchi for cooking various dishes
